Why I Don’t Use Instagram & Where You Can Find Me Instead

Hello! If you’re searching for Kari Dahlgren Instagram, I’m truly honored that you want to connect! But here’s the thing—it doesn’t actually exist. I’ve chosen to focus on more meaningful ways to share my work, and Instagram just isn’t one of them.

The only “social media” that I use are YouTube and Pinterest.

(I use quotation marks because, of all the social media, YouTube and Pinterest are the least social. To me, they’re amazing tools that help people discover the wealth of content that I create and share for free on my blog. That said, if you leave me a comment on YouTube, I will always respond!)

Why There’s No Kari Dahlgren Instagram & Where to Find Me Instead

Simplicity and unplugging are two core values of mine. I try my best to keep content creation as simple as possible so that I can spend more time working one-on-one with clients, writing awesome emails, and creating lengthy and detailed blog posts. That alone can fill up an entire work day, and then some!

I also value minimalism, and I’ve found that I going “deep” with a few channels—coaching, email, and article writing—has helped me create more meaningful connections and content rather than trying to be everywhere all the time all at once.

So again, I really appreciate you if you were trying to find my Instagram! And I hope you enjoy these other ways that I have for us to stay connected.

How to Stay Connected

Depending on how you found me, you probably know that I’m focused on the pyscho-spiritual aspects of healing your relationship with food. I also write—a lot. Therefore, one of the best ways to stay connected and inspired to heal your relationship with food is to join my email newsletter, because that’s where I share my most soulful, heart-centered content.

Sign up here to subscribe to my newsletter, starting with my free ebook and free 5-day email course:

when you join my email list, we’ll kick things off with an epic 13-page ebook on eating psychology

I love email because it allows us to connect in a more private, intimate environment, which I find much more conducive to the sensitive topic of stopping compulsive eating. I send an email every Tuesday on something related to stopping compulsive eating the psycho-spiritual way.

Aside from my newsletter, I also recommend subscribing to my YouTube channel. Though I am not very consistent with creating new content, it’s the second-best way to stay connected; and like I mentioned earlier, if you leave a comment I will always respond!
